Visiting Blush

  • To fully appreciate your own experience and as a consideration to other clients, we ask that children are not brought to appointments and that you please switch off mobile phones for the duration of your visit. Thank you.
When to Arrive
  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment as this will allow for any consultations to take place.
points to remember:
  • Please bring flip flops for after a file and paint on toes or a pedicure to ensure that polish does not smudge and has time to dry effectively.
  • We cannot soak off any gel or gel polish that we have not previously applied, we only have solution and tools to remove gelish which is our chosen gel polish brand.
Tanning Treatments
  • We ask that you exfoliate and moisturise thoroughly 12 hours prior to tanning but please do not apply moisturiser or deodorant on the day of treatment. We recommend that you wear loose dark clothing and open toe sandals to your appointment and take care of hair removal no less than 24 hours before.
Tinting
  • First time eyebrow and eyelash tints require a patch test at least 48hrs before your appointment. This will only take a minute or two and can be done anytime.
  • Similarly clients booking in for 3D eyelash extensions for the first time with us need a patch test for the glue at least 48hrs prior to treatment. This is essential and the treatment cannot be carried out unless this has been done and a negative result has been achieved.
Gift vouchers
  • A fantastic present for any occassion and valid for six months.
Treatment Courses
  • Treatment courses are an effective way to attain best results from treatments. Our courses must be pre-paid and are non refundable. Courses are valid for six months.
Loyalty Scheme
  • We automatically set up every client with a loyalty scheme which gives the client 2 points for every pound spent in our salon on treatments. Bonus points are given if you visit our salon during your birthday month and if you refer a friend to us. Reach a total of 160 points and you receive £5 salon credit to use towards treatments.
Valuables
  • Please take great care of your valuables as Blush Beauty Boutique can not be responsible for their loss. 
Late Arrival
  • In consideration to other clients, late arrival may limit your appointment time and could lead to us being unable to provide the service booked. Where possible we will be pleased offer you an alternative treatment for the remaining portion of your allocated treatment time.
Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy
  • We accept cash, valid gift vouchers and all major credit/debit cards. We are unable to accept American Express or cheques. We ask that credit card details be given to secure any appointment, if using a voucher the number must be quoted when booking. For treatments over 1hr we require 50% of treatment cost at time of booking. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to your appointment (72hrs for packages) but cancellations made within 24 hours (72hrs for packages) of appointments will result in a charge of 50% of treatment cost to the card details as provided at booking. Unfortunately we must apply a 100% charge for non attendance without notice. All prices include VAT. Management reserves the right to change, alter or amend any aspect of the contents of this brochure without prior notice.
